Lisa Coffey, LAPC

Lisa is a trained EMDR therapist who is passionate about helping clients work through PTSD, complex trauma, and attachment trauma. She particularly enjoys assisting clients in making connections between a conditioned response and the “light bulb” moments that can be experienced so often in EMDR. In her personal time, Lisa enjoys being with her family and five fur babies —two dogs and three cats. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she loves gardening, walking, hiking, kayaking, and biking. Lisa is a firm believer in the restorative power of nature to soothe the soul.
